Membership does not automatically create governance, voting, employment, financial or office-bearing rights unless such rights are specifically provided under JCHF’s governing documents and applicable rules.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Protect the values and reputation of the Foundation.
Members are expected to behave respectfully, avoid misrepresentation, protect beneficiary privacy and follow JCHF’s applicable policies and authorised communication practices.
Members should not: collect funds without written authorisation, make commitments on behalf of JCHF, claim official positions not formally assigned, or use beneficiary information or photographs irresponsibly.
